I LOVE her! who's that actress? I feel like I recognize her from somewhere and I can't place it.
I'm hoping they expand that storyline a bit for season 2.

I love watching a second time to catch all the little things I missed the first. I hope they put it back up On Demand soon!
You know I never thought of the neighbor setting Ray up to take the fall in a death. That would be a great sub-plot LOL. She is going to get good use out of Ray!

Unbelieveable. I think you should be able to get a restraining order against him to protect yourself from the "stupid" oozing from this guy's mouth! Jeez!
It really boggles the mind, even in this present day that such ignorance and bigotry exists. Maybe I am naive, I don't know. It just boggles the mind the level of stupidity is out there. I'm sorry you have to endure such a horrible neighbor.
You won't find that here, you are so welcome and I enjoy reading your posts everytime I come on!

Ironically, he lets her play with the toddler one condo door down. The little boy's always present unemployed father is a registered pedophile convicted of raping a little girl. Very scary and inexplicable. Ye he has continued to harass me with complaints and malign me to my other neighbors.
The 'Hung' writers set up season 2 for lots of drama. I've enjoyed rewatching each episode. There is so much information within the dialog that flew by me which crystallized after seeing season 1 over.

Ray's naughty neighbor Mrs. Yael Koontz is played with flawless realism by the beautiful Alanna Ubach, a gifted character actress with impressive comedic range. Go to http://www.alannaubach.net to see more of her genius talent.
I'm not sure were that accent she is doing hails from, Russia maybe Armenia, but it must be a family member or neighbor she grew up hearing. It is so believable, at first I didn't recognize her. She is such a chameleon. What till you see her be Angelina Jolie and Amy Winehouse.
I fell hard for Alanna when she had the balls to do the crotch shot in the film ?Waiting?. Even though its a body double it was gutsy to agree to have her character associated with that scene. And now, following her breath taking, gut splitting, heart pounding, groin tingling, loin throbbing... (You get the idea.) performance on Hung, Season 1, Episode 7: ?The Rita Flower or The Indelible Stench?, I am smitten! With her stunning blue eyes, expressive mouth, sultry voice, luscious lips, delightful dimples, exquisite skin, and knock out body, she could just play off her looks but chooses to be brilliantly comical. Yet I think her self confidence is her sexiest quality.
I want Alanna like she wants Charlize Theron.

Thank you Alanna for baring your toned, perfectly proportioned body for the sake of your craft. It wasn't Scorsese or Merchant Ivory but it was HBO and phenomenal!

Totally realistic delivery of the clever dialog, apparently written by a man fulfilling his fantasy. ?That is one beautiful penis.? Yael Koontz's stammering, downward glances and facial expressions, especially how Alannna manipulates her eyebrow gestures was great theater.
Even greater was the next scene. In the bed room when Yael kisses Ray, his mouth, his chest, his stomach, and continues south, and Ray says, ?What kind of bed is this?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I know he's been sleeping on the ground in a tent but if it were me; I could have spent my life sleeping on a bed of nails coated with Tabasco and still would have been too into Alanna's, I mean Mrs. Koontz's oral performance to notice anything else. Which is why it was so funny. Then the kicker is when Yael stops what she's doing, looks up at him blissfully, swallows, and then casually responds, ?Sterns and Foster. Why?? Hilarious, impeccable comedic timing. And that line is topped with ?a pillow top!?
There must be some AVN Award Alanna Ubach should get for this. Oh! She would be great hosting the AVN Awards. Her adorable panties and bra with the front opening clasp made for a sweet revel of her dulcet breasts. Ray's line was dead on. ?Honey, baby you are beautiful!? You have the prettiest pink nipples and deserve the 'Mr. Skin' Breast Achievement Award. Thanks for taking Thomas Jane's hand off your right breast and post coitus, lounging on the bed with your beauteous boobs displayed. I'm look'n. I am see'n. The scene gives me goose bumps, among other things, each time I watch it.
