i bet if you put the oysters in a blender with the gouda cheese for 45 seconds it would make the omelet fluffier. ya cant give up on a recipe just 'cause the 1st try didnt offer positive results

Yes, the bar is open. Coffee is brewed and this morning we are having quiche. I have spinach and cheese and ham with veggies and cheese.
