In his 173 years on the earth, this vampire has seen more than his share of cruelty and violence - from humans and vampires alike. While he holds no illusions about his own existence, Bill has returned to his family home of Bon Temps hoping to reconnect with whatever humanity he's managed to retain. He never expected this attempt at mainstreaming to include romance, however; especially with a human girl just strange enough to accept him for what he is.

Can anyone tell me what book Bill had to tell Sookie that he was sent by the Queen of Louisiana to Bon Temps? It happened while she was in the hospital and Eric made him tell her and I can't find it. Anyone? Thanks.

Loved when he broke out the accent for a moment there. Stephen hung around to the end and met the Cirque people afterwards. And he was eyeing that stripper pole. Maybe he was thinking of taking lessons...or he was planning to give Anna one for her birthday? LOL There was the cutest little promo that I can't find now, but Stephen pulls his legs up underneath him as he's sitting by Conan and then crosses his legs really quickly. I was like, damn! Not only is he gorgeous and sweet and funny...he's very limber too. *drool* ~Lou

His comment in People is so funny, but all of them are - the "hottie vampires" section is definitely the most entertaining thing in the whole magazine. > AS also lookin good for a "bad boy Vampire" > > The men of True Blood. And there's just enough blood play to keep things fun and not put Sookie in the ER. Give me Bill Compton any day over the sparkly one. ~Lou

I am sooo excited. What a great picture of Stephen in People magazine's Sexiest Men issue. Of course in the henley and leather. So Hot! Wish it were a full page but I'm so thrilled to see our "Most Smoldering Vampire" on the list. AS also lookin good for a "bad boy Vampire" The men of True Blood. An unusually large number of hot men on one show. Yes. -- Edited by karakan at 11/20/2009 6:11 PM PST

Paging Vampire Bill. I just read that in the news this morning. I LOVED IT! I absolutely have to share this with everyone. I was reading a review of Twilight New moon and the reviewer said the following. I nearly died laughing: Bella fell in love with Edward, a noble vampire who sparkles like diamonds (rather than ignites, as is traditional in the vampire mythology) in sunlight and can only kiss her for a few seconds before his animal instincts are awakened. Here are a couple of newish Bill & Sookie videos I just watched. (While I'm waiting for that interesting sounding video that Lou is working on). This one starts slow and lasts long (with some naughty bits) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hvIYXWo1o4 This one is to a song I hadn't heard before "Vampire Heart". Okay - I'm clueless. This could be from Twilight, or Buffy or who knows? But the words are interesting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VDzhBDUFpc -- Edited by wishiwasanna at 11/20/2009 12:01 AM PST
