Though she won't win any congeniality awards, Tara has been Sookie's loyal best friend since childhood. She's built up a tough exterior, taking care of her alcoholic mother, but the stress can make her quick to anger - and hard to employ. She may have found her perfect job - bartending at Merlotte's - where she can use her temper to keep unruly customers in line. Still, she has a soft spot in her heart for Sookie...and her brother Jason.

Hmm I get you jist the only part that I thought that way was when Tara found Eggs. I thought she could of cried better... she should work with Sam on that.

I hope this doesnt upset too many Tara fans but I really was disappointed in her performance in the later episodes.
You can see she was out performed in alot of scenes on film and alot of her acting it seemed she was pushing to act.But she is young and alot more successful than most her age, Iam just trying not to hate but just more or less wishing she will pick it up a bit,after all this is trueblood we are talking about........

Tara, Tara, Tara...
where WAS your choice between lovers? I believe they completely dropped the ball with the Tarot card reading between Tara and Laffy! That opened a whole new storyline/direction and they just ignored that.
I think Tara certainly gave up on her obsession with Jason, but now that she?s dealing with the worst thing that ever happened to her, she might be more vulnerable to his charms.
**gasp** R U KIDDING ME!! **giggles** I HOPE SO! I'm Sorry I was on the Tara and Jason train before the Tara and Sam train! I loved the sparks fly out episode and was SO excited to see their relationship moving in the right direction UNTIL Jason was caught screwing old girl in the trash area behind Merlotte's. So if Jason can STOP being a horn dog maybe they can work it out! Fingers crossed! Tara and Jason are a lot more stable of Tara and Sam but T & S MAY be able to have a normal healthy relationship without Sook being in the picture and Tara being somewhat normal...kind of.
As far as Tara and Eggs... I will admit I am one of the people who called for Eggs death... NOW I GOT WHAT I WANT... I dunno if I wanted it! I know , I know. Seeing Eggs being vulnerable... pulled at my heart strings. His scene with Sook was really sad and touching and his scene with Andy well I saw that coming... black anyone with a gun pointed at anyone = being shot in the head. Don't send me nasty grams about being racist cause I am black so... yeah. So I kind of feel like I caused a character's death... which I'm sure that is not the case but honestly a lot of the things the board has asked for was well done! Eggs death, MA death, the Egg question being answered quickly and NOT stupidly, the ending of MA storyline BEFORE the end of the season and for it not to carry onto season 3. Some people asked for less Sook and Eric they def got that.
I hope to GOD Tara, Jason and Sam finds someone in the show. I know not everyone can be paired off but Sook isn't the only character that deserves love and happiness.

The fact that Jason killed Eggs has me thinking you might restart the Jason-Tara love story next season. Will you?
BALL: Certainly, Jason is going to be consumed with guilt. And he?s going to feel like, ?I?ve ruined her life and I?ve got to make her feel better.? Whether that?s wise in any way shape or form remains to be seen. I think Tara certainly gave up on her obsession with Jason, but now that she?s dealing with the worst thing that ever happened to her, she might be more vulnerable to his charms.

I'm really curious how Tara is going to deal with Eggs death/murder next season. She finally found a man, someone who she thought she loved. She seemed to have gotten over Jason so I'm wondering what will be her reaction if she ever finds out Jason was the one who pulled the trigger.

I still don't blame Tara for all the drama, I mean, if the exorcism summoned Maryann then, doesn't that implicate Ms. Jeanette, who told her she needed the exorcism, and she's already paid for it with her heart, right?

The Chelsea interview was cute. She seems so sweet. I'm glad that she was feeling the love about her character, at even the local Ralph's Market.

I'm posting this on the Tara thread too.
may I just say that Tara is starting to get on my mother f'in nerves. I LOVE Tara which is crazy. I can't stand her in the Frenzy episode. FINALLY she is out of Maryanne's spell for her to be like let me go RIGHT BACK THERE! Even though Tara THINKS she loves Eggs she doesn't have any POWER or HELP to get Eggs out! Hell Sook and gang almost got killed trying to get Tara's stupid butt out of the house. I mean WHAT did she think Maryann was going to do? Let her take him... let her go again?! Hmmm NO! Dumbass... just like Sook said. Sook said it straight.

Disappointed that Tara brought this all on. I wonder if it will all come out next season.
I wonder why MA has to hit Tara in order for her to get back under her control? I wonder if it's the stronger a person gets the harder it is to control them which supports my theory of why she could overtake Lafayette now that he's scared of her since he knows she a supe versus when he first met her and she seemed to be intriguied by him.
